Delivery & Refund Policy
We are committed to offering you the best quality products. We use the Courier Guy to deliver your purchase straight to your doorstep. Please note that deliveries will be made within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
Due to the nature of the products sold, exchanges and refunds will only be made for items which remain unused in their original packaging. Hair or bundles must remain unwashed and unaltered, and the lace must be uncut. Shipping fees are to be covered by the client.
Eligible claims must be actioned via email within 14 days of delivery.
